Hi, I'm Matt–CEO and Co-Founder of BARK–with an update about tariffs and your dog's favorite monthly delivery.

Short version: we're NOT raising your price, and we're not cutting back on the joy we send your dog each month.

Lately, it seems like everything is getting more expensive. New tariffs are adding pressure on top of already rising costs, and like many businesses, we're feeling it. But instead of passing those costs on to you, we made a different decision.


We're going back to our roots. Before BarkBox was even called BarkBox, the idea was DoggieBag (we know... not our best name). And while we love the box–it's in our name, after all–we realized one way we can keep prices steady is by switching from a box to a bag.


Bags cost less, ship lighter, and still deliver the same high-quality toys, treats, and chews your dog loves. This small change allows us to absorb rising costs without lowering the value we give you and your pup.


We know how much your dog means to you. And we're committed to delivering happiness every month–without compromise. Same price. Same joy. And that's best for your dog.
