"The variety of snacks are wonderful! For my dog, though, there are too many toys. She’s a rough collie. The breed is playful and active but more so with their hoomans 😉 than with toys. However, our girl does share her over abundance of new toys with our local shelter."
"My Duke gets so excited when I tell him his barkbox came. He runs around in circles. Every single toy is still together. 99% other toys I've ever bought previous to Bark were destroyed. He's a monster chewer. I love their products-treats too! Most importantly Duke loves them!!"

"Great variety of toys and snacks. Adorable theme. Pup LOVED the ketchup and mustard toy (too much. . . may it RIP) and happily carries trots around the house with her buns. Snacks offer a change from our routine dog biscuits and are perfect for training as well as mid afternoon snacking."
"Pepper loves getting her Bark Box. Having a variety of treats is great and the new toys excite her every time. She is immediately intrigued by the new stimulus and goes straight into playing. I often have to wait to take off the cardboard hanger until later!"
"I was extremely dissatisfied with the recent service. The themed boxes were a key differentiator for BarkBox. However, this month's delivery lacked the thematic presentation, with the toys arriving in a standard plastic shipping bag. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that themed boxes would be discontinued. I believe it was essential to notify customers of this significant change. Consequently, I canceled my long-standing subscription due to this disappointing experience."
"Honestly I love the toys, always have. But the fun of it is lost when it Bath Box doesn't come in a box. We always let our dog open it and this time he didn't get to. He always looks forward to ripping into the box and getting his toys. That was the only reason I was still getting it honestly, I will probably cancel after this subscription is up since we have tons of toys already."
"There were 3 toys this time and no treats. My dog only liked 1 out of the 3 but I've come to learn that true and honest reviews or even asking a question gets me accused af trying to scam and being told my subscription was being canceled. In my opinion neither thing is honoring what us claimed to be a 100% guarantee but I know now never to buy from bark box even in the future with another pup"
"I’ve had to call regarding my shipments every month, the packaging always comes damaged and something(s) are missing. I get 3 toys and pay xtra for the 4th. I have called and said something about it and no one ever replaces my lost items. This month I got a box, unlike a mailing envelope in past months, the whole end was torn open, I called to let your customer service know and He told me he’d send out a replacement box. I was so thankful, I would have hugged him if I could reach. He made my dog’s day when the box came. This time your customer service went above and beyond- after all the damaged boxes and ripped mailing bags, I have faith in Bark once again. Hopefully I get all their toys next month 🤞"
"I want to cancel the service. My dog is chewing off pieces of nylon tools and eating them. He vomit up the nylon pieces. This is not what I expected from indestructible toys."
