Cute gift idea!
I gave these as gifts to my dog owning family members, and everybody loved them. We didn't assemble them yet so I can't comment on that part, but they're a fun and different gift. I noticed another review mentioned a crushed box, and one of mine did arrive partially crushed, but the recipient didn't seem to care and the biscuits were fine.

Really cute
Kind of a pain in the butt to use that strange icing but the dogs love the smell. I had to put it in a high cupboard to keep the dog out of it
