Assembly Instructions

1. The bolster, base pillow, and bed base can take up to 24-72 hours to fully expand.
2. Place the expanded base pillow into the pillow cover and zip. Feel free to pause for a pillow fight with your pup.
3. Turn the bed cover upside down. Find where the zipper begins and insert the bolster all the way around. Once it’s in place, zip up the bed and turn it right side up.
4. Place the covered base pillow into the donut bed and it’s ready for your pup’s sweet, twitchy dreams.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on November 12th, 2025 at 12:00am EST through December 12th, 2025 at 11:59pm EST, text “LDB” to 84354 to enter BARK’s Lucky Doggie Bag Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). No more than one entry per phone number is permitted. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method, or entering more than the number of times permitted, will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple phone numbers, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open to natural persons who are: (a) residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, and (b) 18 years of age and older. Employees, interns, contractors, officers and directors of BARK, Inc. ("Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties") and members of their immediate family (parents, siblings, children, spouses, and life partners of each, regardless of where they live) and members of the households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, and directors are not eligible to participate or win any prize. By entering this Giveaway, participants accept and agree to be bound by these official rules and represent that they satisfy the eligibility requirements. 6. PRIZES: Ten (10) winners will receive one (1) free Lucky Doggie Bag (the “Prize”). Each Prize is worth approximately One Hundred US Dollars ($100). Winners will be selected at random from the eligible entries. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, or if Sponsor is unable to contact a winner, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which such Prize will remain un-awarded.

TAXES: THE PRIZE TO THE POTENTIAL WINNERS IS SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS REQUIREMENT THAT THEY SUBMIT TO SPONSOR ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED BY SPONSOR TO PERMIT IT TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE, FEDERAL AND LOCAL TAX REPORTING. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL TAXES IMPOSED ON PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in New York, New York.
