"The upgraded Ollie has been a new favorite. The pups have been chewing him for a week and he's still in good shape. Plenty of soft chewing on the tentacles and know they'll like the spikey ball. The hard plastic slice of pizza was a miss, but maybe other dogs like it. From a human level - I understand that supply chain costs and shipping have gone up considerably in the past years and its most efficient to send in a bag. But, for a first shipment, sending it in a branded box would be exciting. I'd been looking forward to the shipment after ordering and was a little underwhelmed with the presentation. Relatively minor, and understandable, but the bag with a shipping label on it + the hard plastic pizza toy felt a little 'I hope this is going to be worth it VS just buying some toys and treats when they're on sale' Either way, thanks!"
